By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services

Nivara Concierge provides luxury lifestyle management and concierge services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Membership & Payments

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nivara Concierge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
